About Jerry Sasser

Friends! I have gained all my Merchant Mariner credentials from the US Coast Gaurd and have a Guide License from the Commonwealth of Kentucky! I am a fishing guide. My passion for fishing is fueled by the smiles and memories created by the people I take fishing.

 If you have ever fished for stripers you know what I am talking about. If not, it should be a bucket list item! You don't have to handle bait or the fish if you don't want....just relax socialize and enjoy until the big one is on! 

I have been fishing Lake Cumberland since the early 1960's as my dad was an avid fisherman and he started me at an early age!  He knew two of the gentlemen who were part of stocking the first stripers in Lake Cumberland which was done by helicopter!  

In January of 2017 I retired from UPS after a 38 year career as a Division Manager.  What better way to spend time being on the water in fellowship and creating memories for my cutomers!  This is completing a life long dream for me and my intent is to fulfill one for you!

I fish out of a 24 foot Weldcraft which is completely covered and has heat!  Rain, snow or shine my goal is a complete experience for you!  If you don't want to come back after the trip, I have not accomplished my goal!  I have seen so many giggles, hoops, hollers, hight fives, smiles, laughs and the like but it never gets old!  I catch myself still doing it when we say  "Fish On"!
